In a motor which is equipped with a stator made of stacked electromagnetic plates 2, the external surface of the stacked electromagnetic plates 2 of the stator is exposed, and a first heat conductive member 11 is abutted against the exposed external surface. The heat generated in the body of the motor is conducted efficiently, by attaching a heat conductive member, in the same motor, without changing the motor body, by taking such constitution that the heat conductive member can be freely mounted to and removed from the motor body, whereby required torque can be obtained. Moreover, since it can get required torque without changing the motor main body, even when the required specifications of each shaft are different in machines which are equipped with two or more shafts, the machines can be constituted, using the same type of motors, for the motors of each shaft.
