Abstract:
PURPOSE: To save material by constituting the opposite two sides of a stator out of divided members, and making a pair of magnetic pole cores, which have arms extending in both directions from the poles whereon windings are to be wound, and a pair of yoke cores which have curves to stand close to the arms of the magnetic pole cores and are to be arranged between both sides of the opposite arms of the magnetic pole cores.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of magnetic cores are made by stacking and calking the first magnetic pole members 9 which have arms 11 and 11 extending in both directions of themselves to form magnetic poles 10 on which to wind windings. Inclined parts 13 are made at the outside corners of the ends of the arms 11 and 11, and projections 14 for engagement are made at the arms. Yoke cores are made by stacking and calking yoke members 15 between the opposite magnetic poles 10 of the magnetic pole members 9, and a stator is composed of yoke cores and the magnetic cores. The curves 17 made at both ends of the yoke member 15 stand close to the side of the magnetic poles 10, and there engaging parts 18 to engage with the engaging projections 14 are made. A rotor is made by stacking and calking rotor members 19, and winding is applied on them. The magnetic poles 10, the rotor member 19, and the yoke members 15 are die cut from one sheet of steel plate. Hereby, the quantity of used material is reduced.
