Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which durability to a high load is increased, and a manufacturing method of the motor.SOLUTION: A motor comprises: a metal gear; an axial body rotatably supporting the metal gear while being penetrated to an axial hole of the metal gear; and a supporting plate to which an end part of one axial body is fixed. The axial body is fixed to a penetration hole provided to the supporting plate while a rear end part of the axial body is inserted. A first enlarged diameter part that is an enlarged diameter part formed larger than a hole diameter of the penetration hole of the supporting plate in the maximum diameter of the axial body is provided to a base end part of the axial body. A lubricant holding part that is a gap in which a lubricant is accumulated is provided between an external peripheral surface of the first enlarged diameter part and an inner peripheral surface of the axial hole of the metal gear. The base end part and the metal gear are separated so as to be not contacted by the lubricant holding part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
