To provide a motor mounted valve having a structure advantageous to easily assemble a valve element in a valve shaft so as to match a position of an original point of a linear motion shaft in a driving motor to a totally closed position of a valve element.

A valve 1 comprises a body 2 containing a valve port 23, a driving motor 4 having a stopper face 42 and a linear motion shaft 41 linearly moving in a valve opening direction, a valve shaft 5 having an abutted part 51 abuttable on the stopper face 42, a spring member 6 forcing the abutted part 51 of the valve shaft 5 to abut on the stopper face 42 of the linear motion shaft 41 and a valve element 9 containing a fitted part 90 fitted to a tip 53 of the valve shaft 5 and being seatable on a valve seat 24 of the body 2. A fixing element 7 fixes the valve element 9 to the tip 53 of the valve shaft 5 in the states that the tip 53 of the valve shaft 5 is fitted to the fitted part 90 of the valve element 9 and that the valve element 9 is seated on the valve seat 24 of the body 2.
