To solve the problem of failed conduction occurring on the commutator surface of a motor, especially with fuel having poor properties in use, in a fuel pump for vehicle which passes through the inside of the motor.
A commutator section or a brush 6 is formed of carbon-included conductive resin. When the commutator section is formed of the conductive resin, six sheets of commutator members 4 in Fig. are formed out of non- conductive resin, and the whole is integrally molded by a commutator supporting member 2. By forming at least the outer periphery of a rotating shaft 1 into a non-conductive resin layer simultaneously, the use of the bearing can be eliminated. By forming its external shape into a polygon or a shape with bearing, a fixing part with a baffle for various types of members can be provided.
