To provide a motor operated selector valve used in refrigerating cycle equipment so as to attain high performance and energy saving of a refrigerator and a freezer-refrigerator.

A valve disk 25 for a second port, a positive-side valve disk 26 for a third port and a negative-side valve disk 21 for the third port are used, and each valve disk is driven linearly by a stepping motor 32. Thereby states of opening and closure, that is, full opening of the second port 19; full closure of the third port 17 and full opening of the second port 19; restriction (partial opening) of the third port 17 and full opening of the second port 19; full opening of the third port 17 and restriction (partial opening) of the second port 19; restriction (partial opening) of the third port 17 and full closure of the second port 19; and full closure of the third port 17, are obtained consecutively in accordance with the amount of drive (amount of lift) of the stepping motor.
