To provide a motor operated valve capable of effectively preventing flowing noise by selecting distribution of holes to be formed on its straightening vane for subdividing bubbles.
A straightening member 100 for subdividing bubbles included in liquid is transversely arranged in a passage 30 of at least an inflow side of a valve body 10 of the motor operated valve 1. In the straightening member 100, a center first straightening hole 110, and a total amount of 5-13 second straightening holes 120 arranged in a periphery of the first straightening hole 110 on a concentric circle, are equally distributed and formed. The straightening member 100 exercises a straightening function and a restrictor function of a coolant passing in a two-phase flow state of a liquid phase and a gaseous phase, and a function of subdividing bubbles in the coolant of the two-phase flow state by the straightening holes, and coolant passing noise caused by the bubbles can be effectively reduced.
