To provide a motor-operated valve which prevents chattering immediately after a main valve element is opened, shortens a control time for controlling the opening/closing of a main valve, and controls a flow rate finely.

The motor-operated valve 1 includes: a valve housing 4; the main valve element 20 of the main valve 2 which is movably supported by the valve housing 4 and opens and closes a valve seat 5d of a main port; and a pilot valve element 13a of a pilot valve 3 which is movably supported by the valve housing 4 and opens and closes a valve seat 21a of a pilot port formed at the main valve element, and further includes an electric motor M which opens and closes the pilot valve element and the main valve element. The motor-operated valve 1 includes a pilot valve screw feed mechanism 14 which transmits the rotation of the electric motor to the pilot valve element 13a, and a main valve screw feed mechanism 17 which transmits the rotation of the electric motor to the main valve element 20. A moving amount per rotation of a rotor of the pilot valve screw feed mechanism is set larger than a moving amount per rotation of a rotor of the main valve screw feed mechanism.
