PURPOSE: To provide a motor position controller of high efficiency and low cost which make step drive with high resolution in a motor loaded on an OA apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: This controller comprises a motor, a detecting means 6 which outputs continuous cyclic signals corresponding to mover positions, a command means 7 which outputs weighted command signals by a readout means 71 and a memory means 72, an operation means 8 which operates the output of the detecting means 6 by weighting synthesis on the basis of weighted command signals, and a drive means 5 which uses the output of the operation means 8 as a torque command signal to supply drive torques corresponding to it to the motor and controls torque command signals from an operation means 5 by means of weighted command signals of the command means 7, thereby controlling the position of a motor mover.
