PURPOSE: To improve reliable motivity on a motor for pump by connecting a thermosensitive resistor element in possession of positive temperature characteristics in series with a starting capacitor.

CONSTITUTION: A thermosensitive resistor element R in possession of positive temperature characteristics is connected in series with a starting capacitor SC, a starting capacitor circuit is opened and closed by the timing switching property of the thermosensitive resistor element R. Thus, opening and closing in the starting capacitor circuit can be controlled electrically and statically, the reliable motivity can be improved on the motor for pump.
