A motor includes a rotor 1 that is arranged so as to sandwich magnets 3 between a rotor iron core 4 and magnetic-pole pieces 2 and integrally molded by a resin 9 as a whole. Each magnetic-pole piece 2 is formed of a dust core and spatially separated from the rotor iron core 4 while being magnetically separated from each other without interposing a ferromagnetic body other than the magnet 3 in-between the rotor iron core 4. Each magnetic-pole piece 2 or the rotor iron core 4 is not in contact with each magnetic-pole dividing surface 3a of each magnet 3.
