Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor revolutions-per-minute detection method in an industrial vehicle and motor revolutions-per-minute detection device therein that can switch a detection method of revolutions per minute in accordance with an amount of revolution change serving as an amount of change in revolutions per minute in a unit time of the revolutions per minute detected at a slow velocity time.SOLUTION: In a motor revolutions-per-minute detection method in an industrial vehicle, which switches a pulse counting method of counting the number of pulses detected in a unit time by a pulse detector detecting pulses to detect revolutions per minute on the basis of the number of pulses, and an inter-pulse time counting method of detecting revolutions per minute from a pulse interval detected by the pulse detector, and thereby detects the revolutions per minute, a controller is configured to: when an amount of revolutions-per-minute change serving as an amount of change in revolutions per minute detected in the unit time is less than a preset threshold B1, detect the revolutions per minute by the inter-pulse time counting method; and when the amount of revolutions-per-minute change is equal to or greater than the threshold B1, switch the pulse counting method from the inter-pulse time counting method to detect the revolutions per minute.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
