Abstract:

PURPOSE: To raise spinning speed and to obtain a high-quality lap by controlling a main motor variably in speed in such a way that the spinning speed at full bobbin is slower than the average spinning speed from the starting to the end of winding.

CONSTITUTION: A main motor 15 is made of a variable speed motor, a lap is formed on a winding part 10 by driving the main motor and a frame is stopped at the full bobbin. The spinning speed is successively changed to a lower speed with winding of the lap and spinning speed at the full bobbin is slower than the average spinning speed from the starting to end of winding.
