To provide a motor stator core capable of reducing an iron loss of a motor by forming a motor stator core piece that is thinner compared with the conventional art, and thereby, of performing high-speed rotation.
A motor stator core has a structure in which a plurality of stator core pieces 13 each obtained by alternately laminating an insulating film 11 and a magnetic material film 12 on a surface of a magnetic plate 10 are laminated. The insulating film 11 is formed to have a thickness of insulator particles of 10-50 μm by the aerosol deposition method. The stator core piece 13 is molded in a predetermined shape by die-cutting. The plurality of stator core pieces 13a and 13b are bonded and overlapped with each other by welding, at a part of the peripheries of the stator core pieces.
