Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor structure in which a motor is appropriately cooled.SOLUTION: A motor structure S includes: a motor 1 including a rotor 11 and an annular stator core 12; a cylindrical stator holder 2 holding the stator core 12; a cylindrical motor housing 2 including a cooling water flow channel 3a and surrounding an outer circumferential surface of the stator holder 2; and a resin member 4 interposed between the stator holder 2 and the motor housing 3. A linear expansion coefficient of the motor housing 3 is greater than a linear expansion coefficient of the stator holder 2, and the resin member 4 is a thermosetting resin that is thermally set at a temperature higher than a temperature upper limit value of cooling water with drive of the motor 1, and is filled into a gap between the stator holder 2 and the motor housing 3 and is set.
