Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor system that minimizes the size of a decelerator interposed between a motor and an auxiliary power system.SOLUTION: The motor system 100 includes: a motor 10 for a ship that rotates a propeller shaft 81; an auxiliary power system 30 that generates power to supply the generated power to the motor 10; and a decelerator 40 interposed between the motor 10 and the auxiliary power system 30 to transmit the power, supplied from the auxiliary power system 30, to the motor 10 while decelerating the power. Further, the motor 10 includes: a crankshaft 50 for transmitting the power, generated by the motor 10, to the propeller shaft 81; a high speed rotary apparatus 60 having a larger rotational speed than that of the crankshaft 50; and an acceleration mechanism 70 interposed between the crankshaft 50 and the high speed rotary apparatus 60 to transmit the power, transmitted from the crankshaft 50, to the high speed rotary apparatus 60 while accelerating the power. The power from the auxiliary power system 30 is transmitted to the crankshaft 50 and the high speed rotary apparatus 60 via the decelerator 40 and the acceleration mechanism 70.
