To avoid noise caused by forcible vibration of a band wheel of an elevator.

The hand wheel 7 is attached to an output shaft of a motor. The hand wheel 7 comprises a hand wheel main part 8 made of cast aluminum and a plurality of rings (weights) 9 attached to the hand wheel main part 8. The rings 9 are composed of thin iron plates formed into ring shapes, and an attachment hole arranged circumferentially with pitch angles of 90° is formed in each ring 9. Bolts 11 inserted into the respective attachment holes are screwed into the hand wheel main part 8 to attached three rings 9 on one side of the hand wheel main part 8. In order to prevent the hand wheel 7 from resonance, the bolts 11 are removed to change the number of the rings 9 to adjust a natural oscillation frequency and the resonance can be avoided.
