This turbine motor is characterized by holding and fixing a stator 20 from its both sides by a first frame 101 and a second frame 102 having openings, respectively, arranging the rotor 40 inside the stator 20, forming a spiral groove 42 on the outer peripheral part of the rotor 40, supporting the rotor 40 on a shaft 30 through a bearing 42 free to rotate in the motor by which the fluid is sucked from one of the openings 11 and released from the other opening 11, out of the openings 11 of the first frame 101 and the second frame 102, by the rotation of the rotor 40 and fixing both ends of the shaft 30 on the first frame 101 and the second frame 102, respectively.
