To provide a motor which enables the simplification of a terminal and the sure fixation of an electric element constituting an electric noise suppressor.
Choke coils 83 and 84 and capacitors 85 and 86 are retained at the holders 91-93 and 94-96 projected from the inner face of a cover 21. In addition, the capacitors 85 and 86 are retained within the holders 94-96 by a holding conductive plate 97 from above the holders 94-96. The other ends of the capacitors 85 and 86 are connected to the holding conductive plate 97. As a result, the choke coils 83 and 84 and the capacitors 85 and 86 can be fixed securely. Then, when the cover 21 and the opening of the housing engage with each other, a pair of locking claws 97a of the holding conductive plate 97 abut on the inwall face of a unit storage, and are grounded. As a result, the other ends of the capacitors 85 and 86 are connected to a low-potential power source via the housing, so that a terminal becomes needless.
