Abstract:

To provide a motor in which energy loss for phase alteration can be reduced and a phase alteration means can be made compact by suppressing the impact of attraction/repulsion of a permanent magnet acting in the rotational direction when the relative phase of an inner circumferential side rotor and an outer circumferential side rotor is altered.

An inner circumferential side rotor 6 in which a plurality of inner circumferential side permanent magnets 9 are arranged, and an outer circumferential side rotor 5 in which a plurality of outer circumferential side permanent magnets 50 and 53 are arranged are attached to rotate relatively and then they are rotated relatively through a rotary mechanism 11. The outer circumferential side rotor 5 comprises a first rotor layer 5A having a magnetization direction substantially in the radial direction in which the outer circumferential side permanent magnets 50 are arranged in a way that different magnetic poles are arranged alternately along the circumferential direction, and a second rotor layer 5B having a magnetization direction substantially in the circumferential direction in which the outer circumferential side permanent magnets 53 are arranged such that the permanent magnets adjoining in the circumferential direction face the same magnetic poles each other.
