Thus, the area of the tip faces of the teeth 24 facing the magnets 42 is secured even if an outer diameter is reduced in the axial direction of the rotation axis 30. Winding 25 is wound so as not to project with respect to the inclined tip faces of the teeth 24 in the axial direction of the rotation axis 30, so that the length of the axial direction of a coil end of the winding 25 is shortened.
