To provide a motor in which the cost is reduced, the performance is improved, and the size is reduced.
The motor has a simple configuration consisting of the teeth as projecting magnetic poles wound with coils by three-phase full-pitch winding and concentrated winding and the rotor 11E having the projecting magnetic poles made of the soft magnetic material so that each of the teeth as stator magnetic poles 117, 118, 119, 11A, 11B, and 11C and each of the projecting magnetic poles made of a soft magnetic material of the rotor 11E separately generate an attractive force at a high magnetic flux density. Each coil is driven with a single direction current, and can be used in common for two or more stator magnetic poles. As a result, the motor is driven with direct current and can be supplied with power through two paths. This motor significantly reduces the total current capacity of a power transistor to reduce the size and cost of a driving unit.
