To provide a motor in which the structural strength of a motor shaft is strongly kept and heat dissipation effect is improved.
Rotor means 20 includes: a shaft 21 extending in a shaft direction X; a heat conduction member 22 in which the shaft 21 is inserted so as to cover the shaft 21; a plurality of heat pipes 23 extending along the shaft direction X; and a magnetic member 24 that is disposed around the shaft 21 and annularly installed on an inner peripheral surface of the heat conduction member 22. The shaft 21 includes: an intermediate part 211 surrounded by the heat conduction member 22; a first extension part 212 that extends along the shaft direction X from one end side of the shaft direction of the intermediate part 211; and a second extension part 213 that extends along the shaft direction X from the other end side of the intermediate part 211 and whose diameter is larger than that of the intermediate part 211. Each heat pipe 23 includes a first heat conduction part 231 provided by extending inside the heat conduction member 22 and a second heat conduction part 232 that is in connection with the first heat conduction part 231 and protrudes from the second extension part 213.
