A base member 21 includes: a cylinder part 211; a first housing part 212; coil housing parts 213; a second housing part 214; and a third housing part 215. The cylindrical shaped cylinder part extends in an axial direction. The first housing part may house at least a part of a stator around the cylinder part. The multiple coil housing parts are arranged in a circumferential direction around the cylinder part at the first housing part. Each coil may be housed in each coil housing part. The second housing part is arranged in the first housing part and extends along the cylinder part in the circumferential direction. A part of a wiring board may be housed in the second housing part. The third housing part extends from the second housing part in a radial outer direction. The third housing part may house a part of the wiring board. An opening 24 penetrating through the base member is arranged in the third housing part.
