Title:
MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016208583
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of reducing an eddy-current loss while maintaining an efficiency of improvement of an output torque.SOLUTION: A stator 13 having a plurality of stator cores 21 having a plurality of teeth 24, to which an armature winding 22 is mounted in a peripheral direction, is opposite to a rotor 14 having a field magnet 62 in a radial direction. A stator core 21 has a main core part 31 constructed by laminating a plurality of core sheets 30 in an axial direction, each having a plurality of teeth construction parts 33 extending to the radial direction. A plurality of lamination layer teeth parts 43 constructing teeth 24 with the teeth construction parts 33 so to be laminated to the teeth construction part 33 and a magnetic plate 40 having a rotor facing part 46 opposite in the radial direction to the rotor 14 while extending to a side opposite to the main core part 31 along with the axial direction from an end part of the rotor 14 side of the lamination layer teeth parts 43 are arranged in an axial direction end part of the main core part 31. An eddy current reduction part 47 partially reducing a thickness of the rotor facing part 46 is provided in the rotor facing part 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
