To reduce electric noise and to suppress increase in the number of components.SOLUTION: A motor 10 with a decelerator includes: a rotor 34; a brush that comes into contact with a commutator and slides together; and a choke coil 38 connected to the brush. Further, the motor 10 with a decelerator has a circuit board 46 that is formed into a plate shape, to which a circuit element is attached, and to which an end 38A is directly connected that is at an opposite side where the brush is connected in the choke coil 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
