Abstract:
To provide a brush motor in which sparks between a segment and a brush are less likely to be generated.SOLUTION: A brush motor comprises: a magnet 6; a plurality of slots T1 to T5; a coil 3 that is wound across two slots of the plurality of slots; a commutator 4 that has a plurality of segments C1 to C10; and a plurality of brushes 7 having contact parts A, B which are in contact with two adjacent segments. Of the two slots (e.g, T2 and T3) across which the coil 3 is wound, a winding direction of a one of the coils (e.g., 32) on one slot (e.g., T2) is a reverse direction to the winding direction of the coil (e.g., 32) on the other slot (e.g., T3). The coil (e.g., 32) wound on one of the one slots (e.g., T2) is connected one segment (e.g., C3) of the two adjacent segments, and the coil (e.g., 32) wound on the other slot (e.g., T3) is connected to the other segment (e.g, C4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
