Abstract:
To provide a motor capable of easily connecting segments with the same phase, in the case where the number of brushes is not increased and the number of electrodes in a permanent magnet is increased.SOLUTION: A motor with a brush comprises: a core that has magnet attached to a yoke, a plurality of teeth, and a coil, and is attached to a shaft 201; and a commutator 250 that includes a plurality of segments 260 arranged on an outer periphery, and electrically connects each segment of each phase and the coil. The commutator comprises a connection wire board 270 including: a first annular copper plate having a first diameter which is smaller than that of an interval of the segments facing each other as using a shaft as a center; a second annular copper plate that has a second diameter smaller than the first diameter; a third annular copper plate having a third diameter smaller than the second diameter; and a foot part that is extended from each annular copper plate until a connection of them to a different segment, and is welded and connected to the contacted segment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
