Abstract:
To provide a motor wherein torque is increased and the hooking of an electric wire on a commutator piece is improved for the promotion of downsizing and defective soldering is eliminated when the electric wire is soldered to a commutator piece. The motor 1 adopts a sleeve 12 having a circular flange 12a so that the hooking of an electric wire W on a notch 16 for hooking the electric wire in a commutator piece 11 is improved and defective soldering is prevented when the electric wire W is soldered to a commutator piece 11. In the sleeve 12 having such a circular flange 12a, the gap between a core 5 and the circular flange 12a is reduced in size, and this causes a problem of a reduced number of turns of a coil C. In order to cope with this, the circular flange 12a is formed with a recess 20 in a position opposing the coil C in the axial direction of a shaft 7.
