PURPOSE: To feed synthetic resin material to a target point with no impediment by providing a stator with a mold contact section for preventing deformation of the stator, at the time of integral molding of synthetic resin, thereby providing pressure resistance against deformation of the stator.
CONSTITUTION: A stator 2 is covered with synthetic resin 1 and a coil 7 is wound around the stator 2. A rotor 8 is provided at the inside of the stator 2. The synthetic resin 1 is molded integrally with the stator 2. The stator 2 is subjected to a strong downward pressure. Pressure in the direction of the synthetic resin flow is in the range of 200:800kg/cm2. Since an outer contact face 3, as well as in inner contact face 9, is provided to the stator, the stator can withstand against the pressure. Consequently, the synthetic resin can be molded thin. It is very effective for miniturization and improvement of reliability of motor.
