Abstract:
PURPOSE:To save the materials improving the efficiency by a method wherein a part of circular iron core with almost round section in the circumferential direction is formed into wide and flat magnetic pole and a magnetized rotor is provided in a round hole formed in the magnetic pole while a coil is wound up around the parts other than the magnetic pole. CONSTITUTION:A part of circular iron core 10 with almost round section in the circumferential direction made of highly permeable wire material circularly bent is squashed to form into a wide and flat magnetic pole 10 wherein a round hole 12 is perforated to arrange a rotor 13 therein while a coil is wound up around the parts other than magnetic pole 11. Through these procedures, the materials may be saved improving the efficiency and decreasing the finished diameter.
