Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a motorcycle alignment tester which easily aligns the axis of a motorcycle with its own axis and clamps the motorcycle at a front- wheel reference without requiring a number of workers, thus enabling skip, toe and camber measurements individually.
CONSTITUTION: A motorcycle alignment tester comprises a front-wheel clamp portion 10 and a rear-wheel clamp and detection portion 30 which are disposed on the same axis X-X; the front-wheel clamp portion 10 comprises a clamp pad 12 and a front-wheel mounting plate 11, and the rear-wheel clamp and detection protion 30 comprises a lower structure 33 for clamping rear wheels and for detecting alignment, and a floating table 60 on which the rear wheels are placed.
