To provide a motorcycle capable of lowering seat height while securing the capacity of a storage part and facilitating straddling at the time of riding the motorcycle while securing the capacity of a fuel tank.

The center of oscillation of an engine unit 8 is arranged in the lower side of the engine unit 8, and an upper wall part 12r of a vehicle body cover 12 covering the upper side of the fuel tank 30 is arranged in the position lower than a seat 9a. Viewed from the side direction of the vehicle, a front edge part 9a' of the seat 9a is inclined to rise rearwardly so as to approximately continue to the upper wall part 12r of the vehicle body cover 12.
