Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a motorized clutch brake system that is able to change its constituent parts quickly and easily at the time of repairing a clutch brake and of replacing a clutch disk or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A driven shaft 22 is pivoted to a fixed casing 20, while two brake disks 26, 32, a brake piston 33 and a braking cap 35 are all housed in an annular space formed by the driven shaft 22 and a ring fixed sleeve 28 attached to this fixed casing, and a rotary sleeve 40 installed tight with a rotator core 70 and an outer cylinder 71 installed tight with a stator coil 73 both are installed at the outside of the fixed sleeve 28. In succession, two clutch disks 27, 52 and a clutch piston 57 are housed in an annular space made up of a tip side of the driven shaft 22 and the ring rotary casing 46, and these members stored in respective ring spaces are made so as to be taken out of the tip side of the driven shaft 22.
