To minimize an increase in an engine revolution by limiting generation of a generator proportionately with the load of a garbage loading apparatus.
An ECU 30 (a control device) controls a hydraulic motor 23c and a swing cylinder 23d (a hydraulic actuator) and stops or suppresses charging a battery B for a garbage loading apparatus 23 by an alternator 28 when the garbage loading apparatus performs a given operation when an engine E idles.
