In the motor or the like, a rotating shaft 2 includes bearings 5, 6 disposed at both side portions of a rotor. The bearing 5 includes an inner ring 5a fitted to the outer peripheral side of the rotating shaft 2, and an outer ring 5c disposed on the rolling surface 10a of the inner ring 5a through rolling elements 5b. The outer ring 5c is pressed in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 2 by a pressing body 12 to set the contact places A, B of rolling elements 5b relative to the rolling surface 10a of the inner ring 5a and the rolling surface 10b of the outer ring 5c. A recess E is formed in each of the rolling surfaces 10a, 10b between the inner ring end C and the outer ring end D near the contact places A, B thereof in contact with the rolling elements 5b, and a lubricant F is disposed in the recess E.
