Abstract:
PURPOSE:To assemble a solid-stage image pickup element and a spectral prism with high accuracy in a short time by providing a process coating a plymer to the 1st and 2nd bonding faces, a process positioning the solid-state image pickup element and the prism or the like. CONSTITUTION:In the case of mounting a solid-state image pickup element CCD 2 to a 3-color prism 1, a transparent glass made spacer 4 whose cross sectional shape is a rectangular triangle is adhered to a light exiting face 3 of the prism 1 by using an ultraviolet ray setting adhesives or the like. The a plymer (a pre-processing agent) 7 is applied on an adhered face 5 of the spacer 4 and the adhered face 6 of the CCD 2 and an alignment device to aligns the optical axes of the CCD 2 and the prism 1. Succeedingly, the alignment device is used to interpose a wedge 9 made of a transparent glass having a taper only to one side coated with an anaerobic adhesives 8 between the face 5 of the spacer 4 and the face 6 of the CCD 2 while the CCD 2 and the prism 1 are fixed. Then the adhesives 8 is used to connect the CCD 2 via the wedge 9 and irradiated with an ultraviolet ray UV to cure the protruded agent 8. Thus, the CCD 2 is mounted onto the prism 1 with high accuracy in a short time.
