Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a delivery slip and a mount into a single piece by bonding the delivery slip formed near two sides which cross orthogonally with the one side of the delivery slip and the mount with an adhesive part formed by a dotted line between both delivery slip and mount, in a freely peelable manner and also providing a partially connected notch in parallel with a linear adhesive part, on one of the end part sides, near a linear adhesive part, of the delivery slip.
SOLUTION: The mount 1 for an order postcard with a delivery slip comprises a delivery slip 2 made up of a rectangular delivery leaf and a rectangular mount for an order postcard. In addition, the delivery slip 2 and the mount 3 are fitted to each other by their sides whose length is equal and the delivery slip 2 formed near two sides which cross orthogonally with one of the end sides of the delivery slip 2 and a mount 3 are bonded with an adhesive part 5 formed by a dotted line between both delivery slip 2 and mount 3. Further, a partially connected notch 6 is provided, in parallel with a linear adhesive part 4, on the one end side, near linear adhesive part 4, of the delivery slip 2. The mount 1 for an order postcard with a delivery slip is formed continuously with another mount 1 through perforations 11, 12 for folding/cutting provided on the mount 3.
