PURPOSE: To provide a mount for sending a catalog which is used when the catalog in a parcel is sent by home delivery service and is also useful as a home delivery service slip and a customer's order form.

CONSTITUTION: In a mount for sending a catalog, a receipt part 2, an order form part 3, a sticking margin part 4, and a message part 5 are connected separably. A slip in which the lower end surface of the receipt part 2 and the lower end back of the sticking margin 4 are coated with pressure sensitive adhesives 8a, 8b is folded inside respectively in the middle of the sticking margin 4 and in the middle of the order form part 3 and bonded with the pressure sensitive adhesives 8a, 8b.
