Abstract:
To correctly position a grinding wheel and to facilitate detachment of the grinding wheel.SOLUTION: A mount 20 has a mount body 21 and a plate-like projection 23 provided on the underside 22 of the mount body 21. The plate-like projection 23 has four projections 25 disposed in contact with the inner side face 14 of a base 11 of a grinding wheel 10. The four projections 25 are arranged at equal angle intervals around the center of the mount 20. By virtue of the contact of the four projections 25 of the plate-like projection 23 with the inner side face 14 of the base 11, the center of the grinding wheel 10 is positioned at the axis of the spindle 30. In portions where the projections 25 are not in contact with the inner side face 14 of the base 11, large spaces are formed between the mount 20 and the inner side face 14 of the base 11. Accordingly, a contact part between the mount 20 and the inner side face 14 of the base 11 is prevented from being joined by grinding chips over the entire circumference thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
