Abstract:
To provide an earth retaining structure and an axial force transmission device preventing increase of a cross section area of a wale by an axial force applied to a wale while suppressing decrease in an opening area in a plan view, and to provide an installation method of an earth retaining structure.SOLUTION: An earth retaining structure 1 including an earth retaining wall 2 and a wale 5 comprises an axial force transmission device 10 transmitting at least a part of an axial force F applied to the wale 5 to the earth retaining wall 2. The axial force transmission device 10 comprises: an axial force transmission member provided in the wale 5; and an axial force receiving member provided in the earth retaining wall 2. The axial force transmission member transmits at least a part of the axial force F applied to the wale from the wale 5 to the axial force receiving member. The axial force receiving member receives an axial force transmitted from the axial force transmission member and transmits the received axial force to the earth retaining wall 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
