To provide a mounting board of novel structure which permits seats with terminals for supporting a plurality of terminals to be efficiently arranged on a printed-wiring board and which permits the terminals to be mounted accurately in position.

The mounting board 10 has the plurality of terminals 14 mounted on the printed-wiring board 12 by inserting front-end portions of the terminals 14 into insertion holes 18 formed in the printed-wiring board 12 and soldering the front-end portions. On the board, the plurality of seats 20 supporting the terminals 14 are formed and disposed on one surface of the printed-wiring board 12. The plurality of seats 20 are connected together via deformable connecting portions 22, whereby the seats 20 are fabricated integrally. The connecting portions 22 permit a relative displacement between the plurality of seats 20.
