Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting bracket and a mounting structure for an ALC panel, which have high bearing capacity.
SOLUTION: The mounting bracket 1 includes a mounting board 2 having a bolt insertion part 6, ribs strips 3 formed by bending backward both side edges of the mounting board 2, and drooping rib strips 4 formed by extending downward the lower parts of the rib strips 3. The thickness of the mounting board 2 is made almost identical with that of a standing board with an L-shape angle. The side face 8 of each drooping rib strip 4 is formed to have the backward level difference with the surface of the mounting board 2 that is equal to the thickness of the mounting board, and the side face formed as such is engaged with the standing board, then welded to it. The ALC panel is attached to the mounting board 2 and the standing board, which are almost flush with each other, and a bolt 9 is inserted into the bolt insertion part 6 of the mounting board 2 to fix it to the ALC panel.
