A mounting device of a ceiling suspended type air conditioner includes: a hanging hook 4 which has a claw 4e with the tip end bent downward, a long hole 4c through which a hanging bolt 6 suspended from a ceiling penetrates, and a guide slit 4d for introducing the hanging bolt 6 into the long hole 4c, and is fixed to a body 2 of the air conditioner; and a clawed washer 9 which is arranged under the hanging hook 4, faces in the same direction as the long hole 4c of the hanging hook 4, and has a long hole 9a through which the hanging bolt 6 penetrates. The clawed washer 9 is formed in a shape for blocking the guide slit 4d of the hanging hook 4, has a claw 9b engaged with both side end surfaces of the hanging hook 4, and causes a pair of top and bottom nuts 8 and a washer 7 through which the hanging bolt 6 penetrates to sandwich the hanging hook 4 and the clawed washer 9.
