Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the working manhour required to mount a condenser to a desired part.
CONSTITUTION: A mounting shroud 1, which mounts a condenser 200 to the front of a radiator 100, comprises a cylinder-shaped section 2 which envelops the outer periphery of the condenser 200, mounting vertical walls 3 and 4 which are vertically installed on the inner periphery side of the cylinder-shaped section 2 and a mounting leg section 7 which is formed on the outer periphery side of the cylinder-shaped section 2. The mounting vertical wall sections 3 and 4 are fixedly fastened in such a fashion that the wall sections may be brought into close contact with an upper bracket 202 and a lower bracket 203 of the condenser 200 while the mounting leg section 7 is fitted into an engagement recess of a lower tank 102 of the radiator 100 and fastened and fixed to an upper tank 101 of the radiator 100, thereby simplifying mounting work of the condenser 200 to the radiator 100. In addition, the cylinder-shaped section 2 of the mounting shroud 1 is provided with an air guide action which prevents the heat air which has passed through the radiator 100 from spreading over again into the front side of the condenser 200.
