PURPOSE: To enable a cover to be easily removed from and mounted to a cabinet by one-touch operation of a stopper, by unlatchably fitting the stopper, slidably mounted to the cover, into the stopper hole in a handle part formed in an opening edge part of the cabinet.

CONSTITUTION: If a stopper 8 slidably mounted along a long hole 7b formed in the other end of a cover 7 is moved in the direction of an arrow head A against resilient force of a slide contact spring 9, as shown in the drawing, when the cover 7 is desired to be removed in order to remove or mount a cold accumulating unit 5, a protruder 8a of the stopper 8 comes out from a stopper hole 6b in a handle part 6c, and this enables the cover 7 to be easily removed from a cabinet 1. While in case of mounting the cover 7 to the cabinet 1, after protrusive ears 7a, 7a of the cover 7 are engaged to one side edge part in an opening 6 of the cabinet 1, the cover 7 can be easily mounted by inserting the protruder 8a of the stopper 8 into the stopper hole 6b of the handle part 6c.
