To provide all steel card clothing capable of mounting profile wires with high quality and high process safety for forming all the steel card clothing by a simple method in relating to an all steel mounting device for forming the all steel card clothing for the carding drum (cylinder) of a card.
The mounting device includes a guiding device 28 for guiding a profile wire and the guiding device is equipped with an angle adjusting device 32 including two brake jaws. The mounting device has at least one longitudinal axis around which the guiding device can rotate. The guiding device can be rotated by spring force using a motor or by hand control. The guiding device and the angle adjusting device can be adjusted in horizontal, linear and vertical directions to the longitudinal direction of the profile wire.
