To provide a mounting device for an installation on a roof, which facilitates the management and handling of height adjusting means.
A mounting device 1 comprises a supporting tile 4B that is disposed on a substrate material 3 of a roof and that is a supporting roof finish member equipped with a first swelling part 11 serving as a supporting part for supporting a solar panel as an installation on the roof, and height adjusting means 18 that makes a lower part of the supporting tile 4B positioned on an upside with respect to a tile disposed in a lower step of the supporting tile 4B and that makes the lower part height-adjustable with respect to the lower tile. The height adjusting means 18 includes a male screw shaft member 15 screwed into a female screw hole part 14B of a through-hole 14 formed in the supporting tile 4B, as a component. The height adjusting means 18 can be connected to the supporting tile 4B by screwing the male screw shaft member 15 into the female screw hole part 14B.
