To provide a mounting device of a toilet seat unit, which can prevent a rearward shift of the toilet seat unit even when force for pushing the toilet seat unit fixed to a western style toilet, backward is applied.
Screw bars 21B of bolts 21 are inserted in two bolt insertion holes formed on a mounting part of a rear part of the western style toilet and nuts are mounted to the screw bars 21B of the bolts from the lower side of the western style toilet, so that the toilet seat unit is fixed to the western style toilet at a predetermined position by tightening the nuts. Locking flanges 24 extending downward are arranged on front and rear edges of top parts 21A of bolts, the screw bars 21B are inserted between the flanges 24, and elastic friction plates 25 are arranged to press-contacts with upper edges 22A of slits 20A along with the tightening of the nuts.
