Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of improving life of a mounting jig by suppressing interference of the mounting jig with surrounding members such as a back plate.SOLUTION: A mounting jig 9 is a jig for attaching a temperature sensor 7 to a brake shoe 5 of a drum brake 3 of a vehicle. The mounting jig 9 has a sensor fixing unit 41 capable of being mounted to a plate-like rim unit 19 to which a brake lining 11 of the brake shoe 5 is mounted, so as to be pinched by elastic force. The sensor fixing unit 41 includes a first locking unit 53 and a second locking unit 55 that are configured to be locked in a recessed section 97 of a rivet 83 provided with the rim unit 19. The first locking unit 53 and the second locking unit 55 are configured to restrict movement of a brake drum 13 of the drum brake 3 in a central axis direction toward a side away from the rim unit 13 of the mounting jig 9 by engaging with the recessed section 97 of the rivet 83.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
